Mr. M. Brent Peugnet comes to WWP with extensive experience in personal injury for both defendants and plaintiffs, professional and medical malpractice, litigation and human resources, as well as managing all aspects of tort and commercial litigation. In addition to leading mediations and negotiating settlements, Mr. Peugnet has successfully litigated various matters, including complex medical issue claims and  catastrophic injuries.

As a  former chiropractic physician, Mr. Peugnet’s unique experience empowers him with significant advantages to be particularly effective in defending malpractice claims against all types of physicians and other health care providers. Mr. Peugnet has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in products- liability, medical malpractice and other professional liability and general liability claims, mostly involving serious bodily injury or wrongful death.

Mr. Peugnet was Valedictorian of his class at Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. He earned his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University and graduated in the top three percent of his law school class. He is a member of The Order of the Coif, and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
