Steffen of the Nevada Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice before all Nevada and Arizona state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Arizona and Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Arizona Supreme Court. He is admitted to the Arizona and Nevada bars.
Mr. Steele primarily practices civil litigation, commercial litigation, construction defect, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, products liability, personal injury, professional negligence, wrongful death defense, medical boards defense, and representation of corporations, municipalities, and individuals in all phases of litigation and administrative hearings.
Mr. Steele grew up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and is the son of a Canadian barrister and solicitor. He immigrated to the United States when he started law school and soon after graduation became a U.S. citizen. He and his wife raised their family in Arizona.
