Brett R. Steele

Mr. Steele graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Brigham Young University. He then graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law as a Distinguished Scholar, where he was an Articles Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law. After graduating, he worked at the Pima County Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted various misdemeanor and felony offenses. He was awarded the 2019 MADD Misdemeanor Prosecutor of the Year for his work in prosecuting DUI offenses, especially at trial.
He has since worked in civil litigation practicing at a small local firm before moving in-house with a large insurance carrier. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and Idaho (inactive).
Mr. Steele practices primarily in the areas of general liability, premises liability, and automobile liability. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and jury trials. Shaped by years of interacting with victims of criminal offenses, he prides himself on being attentive to client’s needs and easy to get in contact with. Having worked on both sides of personal injury lawsuits on behalf of injured clients, he can objectively view the facts and proceed accordingly.
