Ms. Lindner has successfully defended and pursued appeals in workers’ compensation, family law, and business matters. This brings a unique perspective and detailed attention to creating a solid record during litigation.
Before joining the workers’ compensation practice team at Wright, Welker, Pauole, Shannon represented the Department of Child Safety as an Assistant Attorney General and successfully litigated countless dependency and severance proceedings to protect Arizona’s children. Upon entering private practice, she represented family law clients and businesses in the Superior Court of Arizona and the Arizona Court of Appeals. Shannon is licensed to practice in Arizona, U.S. District Court, and Fort McDowell Tribal Court.
In addition to her juris doctorate, Ms. Lindner graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with a certificate in Law, Science, and Technology. After graduation, she clerked in Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals for the Honorable Maurice Portley
Shannon is an avid, and somewhat competitive, mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast. When not practicing law, you’ll find her out on the trails, riding her bike or producing trail running events to support Girls on the Run.
