Because we believe that communication is key to a client’s success, our paralegals are in constant contact with clients, expert witnesses, foraging through judicial decisions and laws to help lawyers build cases. Our qualified, dedicated paralegals also analyze information, organize data, write summaries and assist attorneys during trial so as to grant our clients with the best customer experience.
Our legal assistants and receptionists provide quality customer service, to ensure our clients with the personal support during their time with WWP. Several of our legal assistants have been with WWP since its opening in 1999, and are dedicated to assisting our attorneys and clients. Legal assistants at WWP are available Monday–Fridays between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. via phone calls and emails to answer basic questions and set up appointments with our attorneys. Additionally, our legal assistants conduct quality, extensive research, helping our attorneys gather the most pertinent information to each case and trial, so as to provide top-notch service for clients. We even have an outstanding accounting department who, with an average of over eight years of experience, are able to provide quick billing and answer any billing questions.
